Who
we are:
We
are the Christian Education arm of Christ the King
Church. Family Life Ministry (FLM) is the vision God
gave Pastor McVicker in 1995. Acting on this vision,
the FLM planning steering committee was established to
lay out the structure. Our first classes under this new
structure began in March 1996.
What we do as a ministry:
Our
goal is to meet the needs of our congregation and the
community through the classes that are offered. This
ministry is an avenue by which the saints will be
edified, the lost evangelized and ultimately God is
glorified. God has given the church an awesome
responsibility to teach His Word, so that others can
establish a “personal” relationship with Him.
Our Focus:
This
ministry was designed to minister to ALL people of ALL
ages in ALL areas of their lives. Bible study and
topical classes are offered to meet the emotional needs,
family issues and personal development, as well as
spiritual growth needs of those who attend.
How We Edify the Body of Christ:
Providing a class curriculum that ensures Gods people
are growing spiritually, mentally and emotionally by
feeding on God’s Living Word in a regular basis in a
classroom setting.
