Because
we passionately love Jesus Christ, we are
committed to making fully devoted followers of
Christ. The process of making a fully devoted
follower of Christ is discipleship. It entails
the process of helping someone come to know
Jesus as Lord and Savior and then helping them
to grow in Christ to become a mature disciple.
As we grow in God’s love, we come to realize
that He made us for a purpose and gave us
distinct spiritual gifts that He tells us in 1
Peter 4:10 to use to serve one another.
Therefore as one matures it is natural to
utilize the spiritual gifts God has given them
to honor and glorify His name. |
