The CTK Development Corporation was established to develop a major project to construct a Quality of Life Center, which will house programs to develop, educate and enrich the lives of individuals and families within the Milwaukee area community. The corporation seeks to empower the community and family through partnerships. By partnering with community agencies, higher education institutions and school districts, it is our goal to intervene and ultimately prevent the erosion of the “quality of life” in the Milwaukee community.
