"Hope in the Neighborhood," organized by Christ the King Baptist Church, is scheduled for Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the park opposite the church. This community outreach event is designed to express Christ's love through service activities such as prayer, conversation, and kindness. Attendees can participate in distributing Book of Hope devotionals, playing sidewalk games, creating chalk art, writing encouraging cards, and enjoying free snacks and giveaways.
